The HELP screens/pages replace any "introduction" or "operations manual" by describing "what can be done" and "how to do it" on each screen/page. The HELP function is completely different for each and every screen/page.

The Help is organized with "Function:" and "Action:" statements followed by "Results:" statements

Function: Display "HELP" window (Assistance for the screen/page from which you are working).

Action: Click the " HELP " found at the lower left, just above the copyright block on all pages.

Results: A "HELP" window is displayed. (It is displayed as a separate window which can be resized to be displayed at the same time as the active screen/page) which is designed to give guidance on the specific screen/page by giving you what Action can be done on the screen/page and the Result of that action.

Function: Display a "Send a Comment" window.

Action: Click the "send a Comment" found on the lower-left, just above the copyright block on most system pages. The message sent to R.S.Systems does not indicate from which page the comment originated, so you must explain any comment specific to the screen/page.

Results: A "send a Comment" window is displayed which is designed to give you a forum to give comments to the R.S.Systems Web Designer, which are forwarded to whomever you designate. It is available on most system pages so that when you experience an inconsistency, you can easily send a comment while viewing that inconsistency. Just close the "send a Comment" window when you have received the "completed" message.

Special Note: Web system "Cookies" are extensively used in this application, allowing you to easily move to any page for which you are authorized and displaying the appropriate information. If you have "Cookies" disabled in your browser (eg: Microsoft Internet Explorer) this application will not function properly. HELP for Multi-Club Home Page

Function: The SSVTennisClub.com home page displays the EVSTL and each of the clubs of the EVSTL. SSV, MV, and AW are participating in this 2009-2010 test season.

Action: Click on "SSV","MV", or "AW"

Result: Clicking on "SSV" will cause the WebSite to display information related to "Sunland Springs Village".

Result: Clicking on "MV" will cause the WebSite to display information related to "Monte Vista".

Result: Clicking on "AW" will cause the WebSite to display information related to "Apache Wells / Val Vista Village".
